Kids Enjoy New Playground

New jungle gyms and soft landings welcomed the kids at CDCSJ’s new playground which opened on October 14th. Wood chips were replaced with a new sponge rubber soft surface along with brand new swings, slides and climbing bars. “It’s all part of our focus on making our environment safe and exciting for our children”, said Angie Lampkin our Education Director.The transformation was made possible by contributions from the Felician Sisters and fundraising by the St. Joseph’s Woman’s Club at their annual charity auction. The modern playground was installed by Bluemel’s Landscaping and Lee Recreation.
