On Wednesday, March 2nd the children of St. Joseph along with those of Guadalupe Head Start, celebrated what would have been Dr. Seuss’s 107th birthday. Dr. Seuss’s illustrations and writings are loved by many, young and old, for their wacky characters, poetic verses, and valuable lessons. Honoring this man’s playful spirit with the children in school was the best way to carry on his legacy of reading and learning. Of course, in true Dr. Seuss fashion, green eggs and ham were served for breakfast!
