CDC Kindergarteners Participate in The Great Bedtime Story Pajama Drive
8th November 2010
During the chilly month of November, who doesn’t appreciate the first chance to stay inside and keep warm with a good book? Unfortunately, many children in our area don’t have warm enough PJs to sleep in, or a new book to comfort them before bedtime. Through the Scholastic Book Club’s Pajama Drive, each pair of pajamas donated by our CDC Kindergarteners will be matched by Scholastic with the donation of a brand new bedtime book.
The Pajama Drive is looking for complete sets of new or unused pajamas or night gowns, from kid sizes to adult. If you'd like to donate, boxes are located outside of the Kindergarten classrooms. This year the Drive hopes to donate over 25,000 pairs of pajamas from all participating schools and organizations, so please stop in with a donation if you can!
